Hollywood FC Announces Partnership with Inter Miami CF!

Hollywood FC and Inter Miami CF have announced a formal partnership for the 22/23 season. HFC was selected as an official club partner amongst other respective youth clubs with the objective of developing the structure of the South Florida futbol.

“Our primary commitment as an Academy is to aid the development of fútbol in South Florida, and officially allying ourselves with these clubs is a major step to that end,” said Inter Miami CF Academy Director Craig Dalrymple. “This is something we’ve been working on for a long time. We’re excited to work with each of these clubs and to share the unique perks of a world-class organization.”

The partnership will see HFC and IMCF share and implement resources with the objective of enhancing the development and experience of local youth soccer players. As part of the agreement, HFC will continue its commitment to apply a player-centric philosophy, with a proactive approach to player-development methods.

"We are very excited to be selected as an official partner of Inter Miami CF, which we feel is well aligned with our vision and values. This collaboration will provide our coaches and players with the opportunity to continue their development through resources not typically found in the youth club environment." Explained Hollywood FC President Tom Tianich. "We are confident that this will benefit not only Hollywood FC players but the entire South Florida youth soccer community."

Through this initiative, Hollywood FC will be able to refer high-potential prospects to the IMCF Academy, who have a direct pathway to professional soccer. HFC will facilitate the promotion of its top talents through Inter Miami’s Discovery Program, Academy trials, and potential Academy signings. In return, Inter Miami will offer educational events, Academy coaching internship opportunities, goalkeeper talent ID & development programs, and social events for the HFC club staff.

Recognize to Recover - Concussion Initiative A concussion can be difficult to recognize on the field. Most occur without a loss of consciousness or an obvious sign that something is wrong with a player’s brain function. They can occur at any time throughout games or practice, as a blow to the head or body from contact with the ground, the ball or another player. Working with leading physicians for more than a decade, U.S. Soccer created Recognize to Recover resources that will help coaches, players, parents and referees identify the signs and symptoms of concussion and immediately take action with the appropriate treatment. Player safety has always been a top priority for the Florida Youth Soccer Association and for all of our affiliated clubs/leagues. In order to provide the safest guidelines for our players, we are implementing U.S. Soccer’s protocol for concussion awareness. Please find a wide array resources below about concussions.
